A CUSTOM WAR HERO COMMEMORATIVE GRAPHIC from THE WAR HERO SHOP

Colleen Hitchcock works directly with families, soldiers, and the military to create a lasting commemorative treasure in celebration of each war hero’s life. Shown below is a project created for the Gaul family who recently lost their beloved Sean Gaul in the Iraq War. The custom gift was ordered by his Aunt and Uncle, who wanted to create a powerful lasting remembrance in honor of Sean’s heroic sacrifice.

Sean Gaul is survived by his loving wife and child shown pictured in the work of art, along with photos of Sean, and Colleen Hitchcock’s poetry, “Ascension” & “A Soldier’s Prayer”, selected by the family.

Colleen rushed the project to arrive in time for Sean’s funeral and tribute. Touched by the tragic loss of Sean’s young life Colleen penned, a new poem called, “Soldier’s Salute.” inspired by the Sean Gaul project. May the words live on in memory of Sean and the other brave men and women who too often sacrifice all for freedom.
